LeadFlow Legal is a marketing analytics and lead management platform for law firms and their marketing agencies. The Service provides:
- Marketing ROI analytics and cost-per-signed-case reporting
- Integration with third-party marketing and CRM platforms
- Lead attribution and source tracking
- SEO and local search visibility monitoring
- Website uptime and performance monitoring
- Competitive intelligence and benchmarking
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Authorized Use
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Not use the Service to collect or store personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for marketing analytics
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including privacy and data protection laws
- Not resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, CallRail, Lead Docket, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services. You are responsible for maintaining valid API keys and authorization for connected services.
6. Google API Services
Our use of Google API services complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy. By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to access the specific data described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time.
7. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you provide to or generate through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client data, integration credentials, and business information as confidential. We will not disclose your data to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned downtime.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
